Kannapolis, North Carolina, United States, June 2026 – Advantage Investigations has announced the appointment of Scott Lipnick as Vice President Human Resources.
Lipnick brings extensive experience in human resources leadership, talent strategy, people operations, organizational development, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and business transformation. His appointment reinforces Advantage Investigations’ commitment to building a strong people function that supports organizational growth and operational excellence across its nationwide investigative services business.
Prior to joining Advantage Investigations, Lipnick spent more than five years with EnTelegent Solutions, where he held progressively senior leadership positions including Senior Director, People Operations and Director of Talent Strategy and Human Resources.
As Senior Director of People Operations, he was responsible for designing and scaling enterprise-wide people strategies across multiple high-growth organizations. During his tenure, he built and expanded the people function, developed workforce planning frameworks aligned with business objectives, implemented compensation and total rewards strategies, established scalable HR operating models, and advised executive leadership on organizational design, succession planning, culture strategy, and long-term growth initiatives.
Before EnTelegent Solutions, Lipnick served as Client Success Manager with PeopleSuite Talent Solutions, a national talent acquisition firm, where he partnered with organizations to identify and attract top talent while supporting workforce growth initiatives.
Earlier, he held recruiting leadership positions with Elior North America, serving as Senior Corporate Recruiter and Senior Recruiter – Talent Equity Group, supporting talent acquisition and workforce planning across multiple business functions.
His experience also includes roles with eNGINE LLC as an On-Site Recruiting Consultant, Turn2 Recruiting as an Executive Recruitment Consultant, and Lunova Group as Recruiting Manager, where he developed expertise in executive search, recruitment strategy, candidate engagement, and organizational hiring solutions.
Prior to transitioning into talent and HR leadership, Lipnick held operational leadership roles including General Manager at Finish Line and General Manager at InkStop, where he gained significant experience in team leadership, employee development, customer engagement, and business operations. He began his management career with LA Fitness as a Weekend General Manager.
Throughout his career, Lipnick has established a strong reputation for building high-performing teams, aligning talent strategies with business objectives, strengthening organizational capabilities, and developing scalable people practices that support sustainable growth.
