New York City, United States, March 2025 – Elyse Solomon has been elevated to Director, People & Culture at EverTrue, the leading donor engagement platform serving over 1,700 nonprofit and educational institutions. In this role, Elyse will oversee the organization’s people strategy, including culture, employee engagement, and talent programs, while driving strategic HR initiatives across a distributed, national workforce.
Elyse joined EverTrue in early 2022 as a P&C Business Partner, and quickly progressed to Senior Business Partner, then Manager of People & Culture, and now Director. During her journey, she led high-impact initiatives including an executive transition communications plan, a company-wide People & Culture Summit, leadership training, and the launch of EverTrue’s HR intranet. Her consistent leadership and innovation have played a critical role in fostering transparency, engagement, and alignment across the company.

Before joining EverTrue, Elyse served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon, where she supported workforce planning, talent management, and safety initiatives for a major delivery station. Notably, she introduced region-wide communication training and recognition programs.
Earlier, she worked for the City of Jersey City as a Human Resources Generalist, where she built the city’s first HR webpage and revamped leave and benefits communications during the COVID-19 pandemic. She began her HR career at BBC Studios, where she progressed from intern to HR Specialist, gaining foundational experience in benefits, onboarding, and training initiatives across North America.
Elyse holds a Master of Labor and Employment Relations in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University, where she graduated with a 3.9 GPA.
