Cairo, Egypt, January 2026 — IGI Developments has announced the appointment of Eman El Saadawi as its Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), marking a significant leadership elevation as the organization sharpens its long-term growth, portfolio, and market expansion strategy.
In her new role, Eman will lead corporate strategy, portfolio development, customer experience visioning, and organizational alignment across IGI Developments’ growing portfolio of premium residential and mixed-use communities.
Eman El Saadawi brings with her nearly three decades of deep-rooted leadership experience within the IGI ecosystem. Prior to assuming the CSO role, she served as Chief Project Officer at International Group for Investments (IGI), where she was instrumental in driving major development programs, operational alignment, and delivery excellence across multiple flagship projects.
Earlier, she held several senior leadership roles within IGI Real Estate, including Chief Customer Excellence Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Director – Operations & Client Services, where she led large-scale operational frameworks, customer lifecycle strategies, and service transformation initiatives. Her career journey also includes a long-standing tenure as Assistant to the Chairman, reflecting her deep institutional knowledge and strategic partnership with top leadership.
