A pivotal initiative was the BOOST competency framework, designed to capture the skills and behaviors critical for success while aligning with our vision, mission, and Ohana culture. This strengthened our customer-centric mindset, enhanced accountability, and fostered innovation across teams. By breaking down silos and promoting alignment, we reinforced HR’s role as a strategic business enabler, not just a support function. This year reaffirmed that HR can be a catalyst for resilience, agility, and measurable business impact in an ever-evolving industry.
Resolutions for 2025:
In 2025, my focus is on elevating ZebPay’s people strategy to set new benchmarks in the crypto industry. Key priorities will include:
