Reflections on 2024:

2024 was a transformative year for the automotive sector, driven by rapid advancements in electrification and AI-driven innovation. As CHRO, my focus was on aligning our workforce strategy with this changing landscape.

We made significant strides in addressing skill gaps by introducing targeted upskilling programs in areas like ADAS, AI, IoT, and EV technologies, ensuring our teams are future-ready. At the same time, we reinforced our commitment to fostering cross-functional collaboration, enabling employees to contribute beyond their immediate roles and drive holistic innovation.

Employee well-being and inclusion also took center stage in 2024. Mental health support, flexible work policies, and DE&I initiatives became integral to our talent strategy. Additionally, data-driven insights helped us better understand employee needs and enhance retention efforts. Resolutions for 2025:

In 2025, my focus will be on creating a human-centric, sustainable talent ecosystem that empowers innovation and business growth.

A key resolution is to deepen investments in green skills training, equipping employees to thrive in the era of sustainable manufacturing and electric mobility. We also aim to elevate leadership diversity by increasing representation of women and underrepresented groups, fostering inclusivity at every level.

Another priority will be enhancing employee experiences through personalized career development and hybrid work models, leveraging technology to enable flexibility without compromising collaboration.

Finally, we plan to embed a sense of purpose into every role, ensuring employees see their work as a contribution to the broader vision of sustainability and innovation. By fostering an empowered, agile workforce, we aim to lead the industry in shaping the future of mobility.
