Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2025— Lokesh Chhaparwal has been appointed as the new Senior Vice President of Technology & Engineering at Honasa Consumer Ltd., the parent company of renowned brands such as Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica™, BBLUNT, Dr. Sheth’s ~ For Indian Skin, and Staze Beauty. In this role, Chhaparwal will lead Honasa’s technological strategy, focusing on the enhancement and optimization of digital platforms, including websites and mobile applications. His responsibilities also cover improving supply chain systems, marketing technologies, and data security measures to ensure operational efficiency and personalized consumer experiences.

Lokesh Chhaparwal brings significant expertise in technology leadership with a focus on e-commerce and digital transformation. Before joining Honasa Consumer Ltd., he served at Snapdeal | AceVector Group for over 13 years, where he held various leadership positions. As AVP, Head of Engineering, he led teams managing Android, iOS, mobile websites, and backend platforms. Prior to this, he was the Director of Engineering, overseeing Buyer Platform and Growth Initiatives, including search, discovery, ads, digital marketing tech, and personalization.
Earlier at Snapdeal, he served as Principal Engineer and Lead Software Engineer, where he developed security solutions, optimized product indexing, and implemented ad tech automation. His contributions significantly reduced fraud and enhanced ad fill rates, product discovery, and personalization.
