Schiller Park, Illinois, United States, January 2026 — Encore, a global leader in event production and technology, has announced the appointment of Evan Swidler as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective January 5, 2026.
Swidler is a seasoned human capital leader with deep expertise in cultural transformation, talent development and operational discipline. His appointment reinforces Encore’s belief that its people are the heart of the organisation and central to delivering world-class event experiences globally.

Most recently, Swidler served as Chief People Officer at Circana, a global analytics and technology company, where he led all HR functions. During his tenure, he oversaw the integration of multiple acquisitions and led transformational HR programs focused on employee experience, global career development and organisational culture alongside the introduction of the Circana brand.
His earlier leadership experience includes serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at ATI Physical Therapy, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at The Nielsen Company, and spending the first decade of his career at Accenture in its Management Consulting practice.
Swidler holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial psychology and a master’s degree in HR & Employee Relations from the University of Illinois.
