Wilmington, Delaware, United States, September 2025 — Erik Matz has joined The Chemours Company as Vice President Talent Acquisition. In this role, he will lead global strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring Chemours continues to strengthen its workforce to support innovation and growth.
Prior to joining Chemours, Erik briefly served as Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition at Spin Master, following the company’s acquisition of Melissa & Doug, where he had been Head of Talent & HR Business Partner for nearly six years.
Earlier, he was with Henkel as Vice President – Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion and spent four years at Nestlé Waters North America as Head of Talent Acquisition, driving large-scale recruitment and people strategies.
He also had a notable tenure at ADP, where over seven years he rose to Sr. Director – Global Talent Acquisition, leading executive search and global staffing initiatives. Before that, he held progressive leadership roles at TEKsystems, where he spent over a decade in account management, staffing, and business operations, as well as earlier roles in recruiting and business development.
