Washington, D.C., United States, March 2025 – Erin Modrow has been named Vice President, Digital Talent Strategy and Analytics at CACI International Inc. In this role, she will lead workforce planning, talent analytics, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring CACI’s talent strategy is data-driven and aligned with the company’s national security mission.
Before joining CACI International Inc, Erin Modrow served as Global Head of Workforce Planning and Employee On/Offboarding Experience at BNY Mellon for nearly four years, where she played a pivotal role in strategic workforce planning, operational efficiency, and enhancing the employee experience on a global scale.
Prior to her tenure at BNY Mellon, she spent over seven years at Lockheed Martin, holding key positions such as Senior Manager, Workforce Strategy and Planning, where she led talent forecasting, skills mapping, and workforce optimization to support Lockheed’s business growth and innovation.
Erin also gained extensive consulting experience at Deloitte and BearingPoint, where she specialized in talent strategy, analytics, and workforce transformation. Earlier in her career, she served as an Employee Development Specialist at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), focusing on employee training and organizational development.
