Erin has been an integral part of IFG Companies since 2022, previously serving as Human Resources Director, People Experience. In this role, she played a pivotal part in integrating multiple HRIS systems, optimizing recruitment processes, and driving a fourfold increase in applications while reducing hiring time by 60%. She also spearheaded initiatives in employee experience, leadership development, and HR compliance, making significant contributions to the company’s people strategy.
Before joining IFG Companies, Erin was Human Resources Director at Diversified, where she led organizational restructuring, workforce retention strategies, and change management initiatives.
