Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, December 2024 – Ernie Remillard has been named the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at TEAMS Transport, a leading North American carrier specializing in dry freight transportation. In this role, Ernie will oversee financial operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure sustainable growth as the company continues to provide outstanding customer service across North America.
Ernie joined TEAMS Transport in June 2024 as Controller, where he streamlined financial processes and enhanced operational efficiency. His exceptional performance during this period paved the way for his elevation to CFO.
Before joining TEAMS Transport, Ernie served as Vice-President of Treasury at Assiniboine Credit Union for over two years, where he spearheaded key treasury initiatives and optimized financial planning strategies.
He also held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Entegra Credit Union, where he provided financial leadership and supported significant organizational growth over four years. His experience in executive financial roles is further underscored by his tenure as President and CEO at Northern Lights Credit Union Limited, where he led organizational transformation and drove financial success for nearly four years.
Ernie’s earlier experience includes senior finance roles at City of Dryden and Siemens Energy, where he gained expertise in financial management and renewable energy.
