Fabio joined Expedia Group in April 2022 as Senior Director, Global Learning Experience Leader, where he successfully led a global team of learning professionals to design and deliver innovative learning programs. Prior to joining Expedia, Fabio spent over 17 years at SETA Desenvolvimento Gerencial, where he served in multiple leadership roles, including Partner & Head of ‘People Development’ Business Unit and Global Facilitator of Leadership Capabilities. He partnered with top-tier global organizations such as GE, Baker Hughes, Suzano, and DHL to develop tailored learning and leadership programs. Fabio also introduced digital innovations, including flipped classrooms and virtual collaborative platforms, transforming SETA’s service offerings to meet modern learning needs.

Earlier in his career, Fabio held leadership roles at GE and 3M, focusing on business excellence, process optimization, and customer-centric strategies. His ability to integrate business priorities with human capital development has been a consistent hallmark of his career.
