Melbourne, Florida, United States, January 2025 — Snig Bhandari has been appointed as Vice President, Talent at L3Harris Technologies. In this strategic leadership role, she will drive the company’s talent strategy, focusing on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning to support the company’s growth and innovation in the defense sector.
Prior to joining L3Harris Technologies, Snig Bhandari served as Vice President, HR at Otis Elevator Company, where she led key HR strategies and talent initiatives across the organization. She also held the role of Senior Director, HR, contributing significantly to talent management and employee engagement strategies.
Before her time at Otis, Bhandari worked at Rockwell Automation for approximately four years as Global HR Business Partner, where she supported global HR operations and talent strategies. Her earlier career includes serving as Human Resources Manager at PPG and holding various Human Resources Leadership roles at GE, where she spent around five years focusing on leadership development and workforce transformation.
Snig Bhandari holds an MBA in HR & Strategy from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a PGDM in HR from SCMHRD.
