São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil, July 2026 — Thomson Reuters has appointed Domietta Luketic as Vice President of Marketing Strategy, Latin America, strengthening its regional leadership as the company continues to accelerate growth across one of its most strategically important markets.
In her new role, Luketic will lead the integrated marketing strategy for Latin America, partnering with the regional leadership team to accelerate business growth while strengthening Thomson Reuters’ brand, customer engagement, and market presence. She will oversee strategic marketing initiatives designed to drive pipeline growth, enhance customer experience, deepen regional partnerships, and leverage data, analytics, and AI-driven marketing innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Luketic joins Thomson Reuters following an outstanding leadership tenure at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she served as Head of Marketing, Latin America. She led the end-to-end integrated marketing strategy across the region, overseeing Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Sector Marketing, Startups Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Marketing.
During her leadership at AWS, marketing became a major revenue growth engine for the business. She helped deliver a 68% year-on-year increase in marketing pipeline contribution, expanding pipeline generation fivefold within three years while enabling marketing to contribute 64% of the company’s total sourced pipeline across Latin America. She also strengthened sales and marketing alignment, advanced AI-enabled marketing capabilities, expanded account-based marketing (ABM), improved funnel quality and conversion, and built high-performing regional marketing teams.
Earlier at AWS, Luketic simultaneously served as Head of LATAM Marketing Programs and Operations, where she established KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, annual planning processes, budgeting models, and analytics capabilities that transformed the regional marketing organization into a highly data-driven operation.
Before AWS, she was Head of Marketing, Latin America at Forcepoint, where she led integrated demand generation, digital marketing, partner marketing, communications, public relations, and thought leadership across the region. Under her leadership, Forcepoint consistently exceeded pipeline targets while significantly strengthening brand visibility and social media engagement throughout Latin America.
Prior to Forcepoint, Luketic spent nearly two years as Senior Director of Marketing – Latin America at Symantec, leading regional marketing strategy, demand generation, communications, channel marketing, marketing operations, and digital transformation initiatives. She successfully delivered 130% of regional pipeline targets, generated 135% growth in top-of-funnel demand, contributed to 23% year-over-year business growth, secured more than 2,600 media placements, and significantly expanded the company’s digital audience and partner ecosystem.
Earlier in her career, she spent nearly seven years with Intel Corporation, following Intel’s acquisition of McAfee. She served as Senior Marketing Director – Latin America, leading integrated marketing strategy across the region, before taking on the role of Senior Marketing Director – Global Agile Marketing, where she represented Intel Security on several enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, including cloud transformation, global rebranding, and partnerships with leading telecommunications companies and global consulting firms.
Before Intel, Luketic built an impressive nine-year career at McAfee, progressing through increasingly senior leadership positions including Product Marketing Manager – Latin America & Caribbean, Senior Channel Marketing Manager, and ultimately Senior Marketing Director – Latin America & Caribbean. During this period, she led B2B and B2C marketing strategy, partner marketing, communications, digital marketing, PR, demand generation, marketing analytics, retail marketing, OEM partnerships, telecommunications alliances, and integrated regional marketing programs.
