Prior to joining CoreWeave, Lillian Landrum served as Senior Director of Recruiting at Ro for nearly four years, where she led the recruiting function and supported the company’s rapid growth in the healthcare technology sector. She also held the position of Director of Recruiting at Ro, playing a key role in talent strategies and operational success.
Earlier in her career, Landrum worked as Director of Talent Acquisition at The Muse, where she led recruitment across technology, editorial, and sales functions. Before that, she served as Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter at Condé Nast, where she managed recruitment strategies for creative and technical talent across multiple regions.
Her earlier roles include positions at Ingage, Metis, R/GA, Fueled, and nRelate, where she consistently demonstrated expertise in scaling teams and building strategic recruitment frameworks.
