Manama, Bahrain, July 2025 – Fahad Al Jaber has taken on a new leadership role as Chief Human Resources – GH at the Civil Service Bureau – Bahrain. In this role, he will oversee HR operations and strategy across government hospitals and public entities, contributing to Bahrain’s civil service modernization and organizational efficiency.
Prior to this appointment, Fahad served at Bahrain Government Hospitals for over three and a half years, initially as Head of Human Resources, and more recently as Chief of Employee Benefits & Salary. His tenure was marked by efforts to enhance benefits structures, develop career paths, and align HR functions with public sector reforms.
Earlier, Fahad led the Training & Career Development division at the Urban Planning & Development Authority, where he played a key role in capacity building and workforce development initiatives, ensuring sustainable talent pipelines and competency development for urban planning professionals.
He began his civil service journey at the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning, where he spent nearly 12 years as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, working across key domains including HR systems, planning, policy formation, and employee engagement strategies.
