In parallel, he also served as Director HRBP for SAMI Aerospace, supporting business leaders with strategic people initiatives. Earlier, as Director of Talent Acquisition, Alhajri designed and led the company’s recruitment strategy across multiple domains, ensuring a strong leadership and technical talent pipeline.
Prior to SAMI, Alhajri worked with Maaden as Manager of Talent Acquisition, leading the function across all regions. He spent over six years at SABIC, where he held progressive roles including Project Manager, Talent Acquisition Analyst, and Recruitment Specialist, managing global recruitment systems, transformation projects, and hiring strategies across multiple geographies. He began his career in administration and customer-facing roles with Dar Al-Handasah and Mouawad.
