Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – October 2024 – Fahad Rashad has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Wallan Trading Company. In his new role, Fahad will lead the organization’s HR strategies, focusing on talent management, organizational transformation, and strategic workforce planning to enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
Fahad joined Wallan Trading Company as Human Resources Director in late 2023. During his tenure, he played a key role in strategic HR planning, change management, and human capital transformation, making significant contributions to workforce optimization and HR service management.
Prior to this, Fahad was a Program Director at the Misk Foundation for over two years. He was responsible for strategizing and implementing programs aligned with the foundation’s organizational goals, managing cross-functional teams, and driving key initiatives to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
Fahad also served as the Human Resources Operations Director at the National Center for Privatization & PPP for more than three years. He led the development of HR systems, oversaw recruitment strategies, and managed compliance with HR policies to improve workforce management and service delivery.
Earlier in his career, Fahad held the position of Human Resources Operations Manager at Diaverum, where he developed employee retention tools and managed HR operations for over two years. His initial roles included HR and payroll management at Eli Lilly and Company and Novartis, which laid a strong foundation for his HR expertise.
