Muscat, Masqaṭ, Oman, November 2025 — Faisal Al-Balushi has been appointed as Head of People and Culture at Muscat Pharmacy & Stores LLC, Oman’s largest and most established pharmaceutical trading company. In this pivotal leadership role, Faisal will focus on driving HR transformation, strengthening leadership capability, and fostering a people-first culture aligned with the company’s enduring legacy of excellence and growth.
Before joining Muscat Pharmacy & Stores LLC, Faisal Al-Balushi served for more than four years as Regional Human Resources Manager at Taiba Pharma LLC, where he led strategic HR operations across the region. His work in people management, compensation & benefits, and learning & development helped build high-performing, purpose-driven teams while advancing employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
Earlier, he spent over six years as Group Human Resources Manager at Al Saleh Group of Companies, overseeing group-wide HR initiatives across multiple business verticals. His focus on structured policy implementation, leadership pipeline development, and capability building significantly contributed to the group’s operational and cultural transformation.
Prior to that, Faisal held progressive roles with Muscat Overseas Group and Khimji Ramdas LLC, where he strengthened his expertise in HR strategy, talent development, and employee relations. Beginning his career in customer engagement roles before moving into HR, he developed a deep appreciation for people-centric business practices that continue to shape his leadership approach today.
