Promotion and New Responsibilities Previously serving as Director of Human Resources for Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macau, and Japan since May 2023, Faith demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic insight. Her efforts have been pivotal in refining recruitment processes, enhancing employee development programs, and fostering a positive work environment throughout the diverse markets in Asia.
Extensive Experience within Turner & Townsend Before her directorial role, Faith was the Associate Director of Human Resources for Southeast Asia from November 2021 to April 2023, where she significantly contributed to the development and implementation of innovative HR practices. Faith began her journey at Turner & Townsend as an HR Manager for Southeast Asia in April 2019, making a notable impact through her strategic leadership and deep understanding of the regional HR landscape.
Earlier Career Achievements Prior to joining Turner & Townsend, Faith held several key HR positions across various leading organizations, including WorleyParsons and Thomson Medical in Singapore. Her career is marked by a strong track record of enhancing organizational culture and leading HR transformations that align with business objectives.
