Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – March 2025 —Faiz Alahmary has joined King Saud University as the Chief Financial Officer, marking a significant addition to the university’s leadership with his extensive background in corporate finance and project finance. With a robust track record in financial leadership, Faiz brings deep expertise from his previous roles, notably as a Board Member at Arch Petrochemical Fund and NAMA Chemicals, and his strategic involvement in finance at other major organizations.
Prior to joining King Saud University, Faiz held the position of Chief Financial Officer at SCCC | الشركة السعودية للحوسبة السحابية, where he significantly contributed to the company’s financial strategies from July 2022 to January 2025. His leadership at TAWAL- Telecommunications Towers Company as the Head of Corporate Finance further highlights his ability to manage substantial financial operations and navigate complex financial landscapes.
His earlier experiences include a role as Treasurer at Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) Ltd., where his strategic financial initiatives were crucial from November 2015 to July 2019. Additionally, his tenure at Cristal as Treasurer KSA showcases his capability in treasury management and financial oversight.
In his new role at King Saud University, Faiz Alahmary is set to drive innovative financial strategies and strengthen the university’s financial operations, aligning them with global best practices and enhancing their financial health.
