Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 — RSA Global has appointed Ajit Biswas as CEO – India Business. Based in Mumbai, he will lead RSA’s expansion mandate in India, focused on building and scaling a high-performance logistics organization, developing a comprehensive suite of services, and delivering scalable, customer-centric solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
In his new role, Ajit Biswas will steer RSA Global’s India business as the company accelerates its presence in the market. His leadership scope includes strengthening commercial momentum, scaling operations, and enabling service excellence to support customers across key industry segments.
Before joining RSA Global, Ajit Biswas served with A.P. Moller – Maersk as Area Head Direct Transport Sales (DTS) – South Asia, where he led sales leadership responsibilities across the region, building experience across international logistics, shipping, and supply chain management.
Earlier, he worked with CEVA Logistics as Product Head India – CFS & LCL (Ocean), contributing to product leadership responsibilities in ocean freight services across India.
Prior to that, he served as Managing Director at ABCO International Logistics Pvt. Ltd., where he led business direction and operations within an international logistics services environment.
He previously worked as Managing Director – India at AGS World Transport India Pvt. Ltd., where he led initiatives to rebuild brand image and business, strengthen work culture and environment, and restructure the organization to support rapid growth and sustainable operational expansion.
Earlier in his career, he served as Director Business Development (ISC & ME) at Vanguard Logistics Services, and as Director at Global Logistics Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd., strengthening his leadership experience across commercial development and logistics services.
He also spent several years with Allcargo Logistics Ltd. as General Manager – NVOCC, building deep exposure to freight and shipping operations and customer management. His early career includes roles with Freight Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd., NOL (India) Pvt. Ltd., and Transworld Shipping Services (I) Pvt Ltd, developing strong foundations across operations, documentation, and sales in international logistics.
