Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain – November 2024 – Fanny Peraldi has joined Accor as the Vice President of Talent & Culture for the Mediterranean and North Africa region, where she will lead initiatives that strengthen the company’s workforce across diverse markets. Based in Madrid, Fanny brings a wealth of experience to her role, with a deep focus on talent management, organizational development, and HR strategies aimed at nurturing Accor’s commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Prior to joining Accor, Fanny Peraldi held the role of Corporate Human Resources Director at Moët Hennessy for nearly four years. In this role, she focused on enhancing the brand’s HR project management, labor relations, and talent strategy. Her tenure was marked by impactful initiatives that supported Moët Hennessy’s business objectives while prioritizing employee engagement and cultural alignment.

Before her work at Moët Hennessy, Fanny served as the HR Director for Global Services at SMCP – Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot. During her three-year tenure, she developed and implemented strategies in talent acquisition and succession planning, contributing to the brand’s HR operations and talent cultivation.

Her early career also includes significant experience as the HR Development Manager at Le Printemps in Paris. Over six years, she managed HR functions for a large business unit, overseeing talent management and HR project initiatives that directly impacted employee satisfaction and organizational structure.

Fanny’s expertise in HR also extends to her roles in Sephora as an HR Projects Manager and as a Sales and Training Manager for Yves Rocher in Madrid, where she refined her skills in HR project management and team leadership across European markets.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
