Scottsdale, Arizona, United States, October 2024 – Gabrielle Petagna has started her new role as Vice President of People Operations at Cardone Ventures. In this position, Gabrielle will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s people strategy, talent acquisition, and human resource functions as the company continues to expand and support its mission of helping clients achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals through business growth.
Before stepping into her new role, Gabrielle served as the Senior Director of Human Resources & Administration at Cardone Ventures, where she successfully led initiatives around employee engagement, organizational structure, and administration. During her tenure, she implemented processes that enhanced team productivity and played a key role in fostering a positive company culture.
Gabrielle’s experience at Cardone Ventures also includes her role as Director of Human Resources & Administration and Senior Human Resources Specialist, where she was involved in optimizing HR strategies and ensuring alignment with the company’s rapid growth trajectory.
Before joining Cardone Ventures, Gabrielle worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at OEC Group, where she supported recruitment processes, performance reviews, and business development initiatives. Her contributions helped streamline recruitment efforts and improve efficiency across the organization.
Her earlier experience includes an internship in Talent Management at ClearVision Optical, where she played an active role in talent acquisition, recruitment, and internship program development. Gabrielle’s background in human resources and talent management is rooted in her academic research roles at Hofstra University and St. Joseph’s University.
