Gurgaon, India – November 2024 – Gaurav Mehta has joined Lilly India as the Senior Director – Marketing & Strategic Capabilities. In this role, Gaurav will spearhead Lilly India’s marketing strategies, focusing on enhancing strategic capabilities to strengthen the company’s presence in India’s healthcare sector. He will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission to deliver innovative solutions for chronic disease management and patient care in India.
Prior to joining Lilly India, Gaurav served as Operating Director at Rukam Capital for a brief tenure, where he was instrumental in providing strategic direction for operational excellence and growth initiatives.
Before Rukam Capital, he held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Noise for over a year, overseeing marketing strategies that contributed significantly to Noise’s market leadership in the smart wearable segment. His expertise in creative strategy, thought leadership, and customer-focused marketing played a key role in propelling Noise’s brand identity and customer engagement.
Gaurav’s previous experience also includes his role as Chief Marketing Officer at Zupee, where he drove product strategies, brand marketing, and customer experience, cementing the company’s position in the competitive online gaming industry. His skills in strategic planning and business leadership were integral to Zupee’s success during his nearly two-year tenure.
In a prior position, Gaurav was the Chief Marketing Officer at GirnarSoft, where he spent close to five years managing brand marketing and go-to-market strategies. His leadership helped shape GirnarSoft’s market presence, emphasizing cross-functional team collaboration and innovative marketing intelligence.
