Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Gaurav Nayyar has been elevated to Chief Executive Officer of Imagine Marketing, the parent company of boAt Lifestyle, as the organization prepares for its next phase of growth and its highly anticipated ₹2,000 crore IPO.
Since joining boAt as Group Chief Operating Officer in 2022, Gaurav has led multiple critical functions including Strategy & Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Transformation, Digital & Analytics, Investor Relations, Commercial, and the Founder’s Office. He has been instrumental in driving operational excellence, scaling the business, and overseeing the company’s end-to-end P&L across Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Product, Sales & Marketing, and D2C.
Prior to joining boAt, Gaurav was a Partner at Bain & Company for over eight years, where he spearheaded India’s Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Performance Improvement practices. He also served as Global Head of Bain’s Corporate Finance / Capital Markets CoE, advising some of the world’s largest companies on transformation, M&A, and growth strategies.
Earlier in his career, he worked with KPMG India and KPMG UK, building strong expertise in strategy consulting, growth optimization, and post-merger integration. With more than two decades of experience spanning consulting, operations, and business transformation, Gaurav is uniquely positioned to lead Imagine Marketing and boAt into their next chapter of expansion and market leadership.
