Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Gaurav Singh has taken on the role of Chief People and Culture Officer at Centricity WealthTech, a fast-growing SaaS-based investment management platform. In this new position, he will lead the organization’s people strategy, champion its cultural transformation, and align human capital initiatives with the company’s ambitious growth trajectory. Gaurav will focus on building a high-performance, inclusive culture that attracts and retains top talent while fostering leadership excellence and innovation.
In his most recent role, Gaurav Singh served for nearly seven years at Global Payments Inc., where he rose through multiple HR leadership roles. As Head HR – India Delivery Centre, he oversaw HR operations for over 3,200 employees across five locations and led a team of 20 HR professionals. His responsibilities spanned change management, performance appraisal strategy, compensation and benefits, leadership development, M&A transitions, and stakeholder engagement. He was instrumental in aligning HR functions with global mandates and driving operational excellence.
Prior to that, Gaurav worked at Times Internet as Manager – HR, where he implemented appraisal cycles, led employee engagement programs, and worked on HRIS system integration to streamline people operations. His strategic HRBP role added significant value to business units through cross-functional collaboration and performance alignment.
Before joining Times Internet, he held the position of Deputy Manager – HRBP at Aksh Optifibre Ltd., where he managed corporate HR for the telecom business. His initiatives in automation, manpower planning, and compensation design contributed to process efficiency and a 20% boost in productivity.
Earlier in his career, Gaurav also held HR roles at International Tractors Limited and Uniparts India Ltd., gaining experience in the automobile and heavy engineering sectors. His decade-long journey in HR has been marked by a deep focus on performance management, policy formulation, and employee engagement across diverse industries.
