Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, September 2025 – Gautam Kumar has been appointed as Talent Acquisition Head – India at TAPI, a global leader in active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). In his new role, Gautam will spearhead talent strategy and hiring initiatives across TAPI’s India operations, strengthening the organization’s ability to attract top talent and drive long-term growth in the pharmaceutical sector.
Gautam brings over a decade of diverse experience in talent acquisition, human resources, and executive search. He most recently served as Talent Acquisition Lead – India (COE) at Centrient Pharmaceuticals, where he led end-to-end recruitment and HR transformation efforts for nearly nine years. In this role, he successfully built robust talent pipelines and supported the company’s scale-up through strategic hiring and workforce planning.
Earlier in his career at Centrient, Gautam progressed through various HR roles—from Manager – HR to Assistant Manager – HR and Sr. Executive – HR—demonstrating a consistent commitment to building agile teams and driving employee engagement across multiple business units.
Before his stint at Centrient, he worked at Glasford International as a Consultant, focusing on executive search across industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. He also held recruitment and leadership hiring roles at Right Advisors, Maven Workforce, and Pedersen & Partners, gaining hands-on experience in CXO-level search, talent strategy, and industry-focused consulting.
