Mr. Shah, a seasoned industry leader with over 30 years of experience across India and the United States, will now spearhead the company’s operations, compliance, and future expansion across the US.
Mr. Shah’s academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (1989), a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (1992), and Six Sigma Black Belt certification (2013). His career journey spans some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations, where he has consistently demonstrated excellence in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, operations management, and leadership development.
Mr. Shah most recently served as Senior Vice President, Global Quality & Compliance at both Accord Healthcare US and Intas Pharmaceuticals, where he played an instrumental role in standardizing SOPs and strengthening global compliance frameworks. Prior to that, he held leadership positions at Med-Pharmex, Inc. and Cephazone Pharma LLC, where he led regulatory inspections, internal audits, and CAPA implementations while liaising with the FDA and other federal agencies.
His expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments was honed during his tenure at Nesher Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Zydus Lifesciences, where he directed quality initiatives across QA/QC functions and introduced automated compliance systems. He also held global roles at Dow Corning Corp., where he led cross-border compliance efforts and internal audit programs across Japan, China, and India.
Mr. Shah’s roots in the Indian pharmaceutical sector include significant roles at Sun Pharma, Cipla, and Piramal Enterprises, where he was involved in manufacturing management, product control, and the implementation of global QA systems. His extensive experience across functions and geographies makes him exceptionally well-suited to lead Senores Pharmaceuticals’ ambitious US growth strategy.
In his new role, Mr. Shah will oversee the entire US business operations and will be pivotal in accelerating the company’s expansion plans.
