COPENHAGEN, Denmark, February 2025 — Gentoo Media is pleased to announce the appointment of Mads Haugegaard Albrechtsen as Chief Financial Officer. Mads joins Gentoo Media from Deloitte Denmark, where he served as a partner and state-authorised public accountant, bringing a wealth of experience in financial strategy and business optimisation.
Mads has a proven track record as an auditor and adviser for transformative, fast-growing companies. His expertise spans financial strategy, finance function transformation, capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and external reporting across multiple industries. With his deep commercial insight and technical financial acumen, Mads has already worked closely with Gentoo Media management on various complex projects, gaining a thorough understanding of the company’s business model, culture, and future ambitions.
Simultaneously, Tore Formo transitions into the role of Company Secretary & Head of Corporate Governance, where he will enhance the company’s focus on corporate governance and shareholder relations. Tore will also manage the company’s contacts related to the listing of its shares and bonds.
