Vilnius, Lithuania, June 2024 – Giedrė Rubytė has joined EBV Finance as Chief Human Resources Officer. Giedrė is excited to bring her extensive experience in HR leadership to the company, aiming to enhance the company’s culture, employee engagement, and overall HR strategy.
Giedrė most recently served as Head of HR BGS Group at BGS (Baltic Ground Services), where she led HR initiatives for over a year, focusing on improving processes, quality, and employee satisfaction. Her role involved developing company culture, evaluating employee performance, and implementing LEAN management systems.
Prior to that, Giedrė was the Human Resources Director at Doloop, where she worked for over two years. She was responsible for driving HR strategies, managing employee development programs, and enhancing organizational performance.
She also served as HR/Training Manager at UAB Litcargus, where she implemented training systems, managed recruitment, and led change management initiatives for three years. Giedrė’s earlier career includes roles such as HR and Sales Project Manager at Lean.lt (UAB Efektyvūs procesai) and Key Account Manager at TMD Partners and Orion Corporation, where she was involved in improving HR procedures and sales strategies.
