Los Angeles, California, United States, February 2026 — Giovanna Alfieri has started a new position as Chief Marketing Officer at Freestyle, where she will lead the company’s global marketing strategy, brand development, and customer growth initiatives as the brand continues to expand its presence in performance-driven family essentials.
Prior to joining Freestyle, Giovanna served for over four years at The Honey Pot Company, most recently as Vice President of Marketing, where she played a central role in scaling the brand during a high-growth phase that culminated in its acquisition by Compass Diversified. During her tenure, she supported executive leadership in acquisition strategy, helped drive significant revenue growth, expanded Amazon into a multi-million-dollar channel within a year, and launched the company’s first 360-degree marketing campaigns. She also built an integrated marketing organization, established brand governance frameworks, and advanced the company’s social impact portfolio.
Earlier in her career, Giovanna founded THE MEADOW CO. and held senior marketing leadership roles at Soko, Dogeared, Trina Turk, Bonobos, and other consumer brands, where she focused on digital commerce, brand transformation, and high-impact growth strategies. Across these roles, she consistently demonstrated the ability to institutionalize marketing systems, scale teams, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes in fast-growing consumer businesses.
With deep expertise spanning brand strategy, digital marketing, and organizational leadership, Giovanna brings a proven track record of building modern, performance-driven marketing organizations. Her appointment positions Freestyle to accelerate brand momentum and strengthen its competitive presence in the family essentials category.
Freestyle is a family-focused essentials brand that combines modern design with high-performance materials. Known for its tree-free diapers that are significantly more absorbent while reducing environmental impact, the company focuses on delivering sustainable, design-forward products that support families while minimizing ecological footprint.
