Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — Gokuldas K has stepped into a new leadership role as Senior Director – Marketing at Razorpay, where he now leads strategic marketing initiatives for India’s leading full-stack payments and banking platform. In this elevated role, he continues shaping Razorpay’s high-impact digital marketing ecosystem, strengthening brand visibility, and scaling performance-driven growth for multiple business verticals across domestic and international markets.
Prior to this role, Gokuldas made a significant impact as Director – Marketing at Razorpay, where he led the Central Digital Marketing function. His charter spanned performance marketing, digital brand media buying, ABM, and organic marketing across diverse portfolios including Domestic & Cross-Border Payments, Magic Checkout, Razorpay POS, Billme, Rize, and the Singapore & Malaysia Payment Gateway. His leadership contributed to Razorpay’s continued dominance and innovation in India’s digital payments ecosystem.
Before joining Razorpay, Gokuldas spent nearly seven years at Swiggy, serving in multiple leadership positions including General Manager – Marketing (Digital, Acquisition & Growth). He was responsible for driving new customer acquisition, retention, and digital growth for India’s largest on-demand delivery platform. His earlier roles at Swiggy — covering senior management, marketing strategy, and performance growth — enabled him to build deep expertise in consumer insights, digital performance, and scalable acquisition engines.
Prior to Swiggy, he worked with Ogilvy & Mather Advertising, where he served as Digital Media Supervisor, managing large-scale digital campaigns for marquee global brands such as IBM, Vodafone, H&R Block, and L&T Finance. His hands-on experience in digital media planning, optimization, analytics, and strategy played a critical role in delivering measurable results for clients. His early digital marketing experience also includes roles in search marketing and digital strategy execution.
Earlier in his career, Gokuldas worked at KESDEE Inc., the world’s largest financial e-learning company, where he built the digital marketing function from the ground up and managed e-commerce growth, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and web analytics. His early foundation as a Marketing Executive further equipped him with strong skills in digital brand building, campaign execution, and data-driven marketing strategies.
He holds an Executive Education in Leadership & Digital Marketing from the Indian School of Business (ISB) through the Digital Insider Program powered by Google, and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from SSM College of Engineering, Komarapalayam.
