Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2025 — Goodies Narayanan has taken on a new leadership role as Director Marketing – CMO India at Bacardi India Private Limited, where she will lead the entire Consumer and Customer Marketing teams across the company’s iconic portfolio of brands, including Bacardi, Patrón, Dewar’s, Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, and others. In this strategic position, Goodies will play a pivotal role in shaping brand narratives, building disruptive lifestyle brands, and strengthening Bacardi’s cultural relevance in India.
Before joining Bacardi, Goodies served as Vice President and Head of International Marketing at Coursera, where she oversaw growth and revenue initiatives across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. She also held the role of APAC CMO, building Coursera’s on-ground marketing team and regional brand presence, especially in India.
Previously, Goodies was Vice President of Marketing at Hotstar, where she spearheaded high-impact campaigns for the IPL and launched Disney+ across Southeast Asia. Her efforts helped scale the platform to 300M+ users and established her as a formidable force in digital and performance marketing.
Her earlier stints include a global marketing leadership role at GSK, where she managed brand operations for Panadol, and digital transformation roles across health and wellness brands such as Horlicks, ENO, and TUMS. She began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she led regional marketing for Whisper/Always and APAC launch campaigns for Clairol Professional.
