Grace Turner Appointed as Head of Talent at Pallet

San Francisco Bay Area, June 2025 – Grace Turner has taken on the role of Head of Talent at Pallet, the fast-scaling AI logistics disruptor. Grace steps into this senior position at a time when Pallet is rapidly building out its teams to accelerate the company’s mission of transforming the $12 trillion logistics industry with AI-powered automation. In her new capacity, she will spearhead talent acquisition, people operations, and employer branding, helping Pallet compete for and nurture world-class talent in a competitive market.

Before stepping into the Head of Talent position, Grace served as Talent and People Lead at Pallet, where she built and optimized scalable hiring and people practices for the high-growth environment. She was instrumental in driving successful onboarding, performance management systems, and employer brand initiatives as Pallet expanded its footprint and attracted top-tier candidates. Her early days at Pallet were marked by a hands-on, strategic approach that established the foundation for the company’s talent and culture strategy.

Grace’s journey before Pallet includes a series of impactful HR and talent roles at innovative startups. As People Operations Manager and Founding Senior Technical Recruiter at Zeal, she not only scaled teams from the ground up but also developed new processes in onboarding, compensation, DEI, and HR systems, delivering significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. Her experience also includes advising on talent strategy at Pathrise and leading technical recruitment at Stord and The Bridge Group in Tokyo, giving her a broad, global perspective on talent and organizational development.

With her extensive experience in building high-performing teams, optimizing talent operations, and creating inclusive work cultures, Grace Turner is exceptionally well positioned to support Pallet’s continued growth. As Pallet pushes forward with its vision to automate the logistics industry’s most complex workflows with AI, Grace’s leadership will be pivotal in shaping the company’s future workforce and culture.
