Gurgaon, Haryana, India, November 2025 — Gunjan Agarwal has joined Vinmart Group as DVP (Global Sales and Business Development Head), marking a significant milestone in her extensive career across banking, marketing, and strategic business growth. In this new role, she is expected to drive global expansion initiatives and strengthen business development across key markets for the Group.
Over the past three years at Axis Bank, Gunjan Agarwal contributed to the Government Coverage Group – SPT, focusing on term deposit and agriculture business segments. Her work spanned problem-solving, business analysis, and strategic product responsibilities, showcasing her ability to manage complex portfolios in the financial services sector.
Prior to Axis Bank, Gunjan spent more than ten years at IndusInd Bank, where she grew from Senior Manager to Product Head – Assistant Vice President (Government Banking Group) and subsequently took on the role of Regional Head (GBG). Her tenure was marked by continued elevations and expanded responsibilities across India, where she excelled in business relationship management, product leadership, and managing government banking portfolios.
Earlier, she served as Marketing Head at Pardafash Magazine – A to Z News (Mahakaal Pvt Ltd) for nearly three years, leading sales teams, brand functions, events, activations, public relations, and HNI client management. Her role spanned revenue generation, brand positioning, and managing promotional activities across multiple platforms.
Gunjan’s career began with an almost eight-year journey at Dainik Jagran, where she handled multiple verticals including Radio Mantra, iNext, and the flagship Dainik Jagran publication across Delhi and Agra. Her work included strategy implementation for education and real estate segments, leading activations, managing PSU relationships, and achieving key business targets through creative marketing initiatives.
