Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, March 2026 — Core42 has appointed Rajeev Nair as Senior Vice President – Special Projects, CEO Office. In this role, Nair will work closely with the CEO Office on strategic initiatives, cross-functional programs, and priority execution as Core42 continues to scale cloud, AI, and digital infrastructure for governments, enterprises, and regulated industries.
Nair steps into the role with strong enterprise delivery and transformation experience within the G42 ecosystem. Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Delivery Officer at Core42, where he was responsible for driving delivery excellence and execution discipline across complex, high-impact programs. He also held leadership roles within G42, including Vice President – Group Program Management and Senior Director – Programs (Group Technology), supporting large-scale initiatives across cloud, technology, and digital platforms in Abu Dhabi.
Before joining G42/Core42, Nair was with ADAS (Abu Dhabi Emirate) as Program and Operations Director, where he led a team responsible for the design, build, and deployment of an air-gapped data analytics platform for a major government defence and intelligence customer—strengthening his expertise across secure infrastructure environments, technology change, and delivery governance.
Earlier, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Pingala A/S, where he founded and established the Middle East operations, built consulting and engineering capabilities, and strengthened client engagement across top-tier accounts. He also spent several years as Partner & COO at a-solutions, where he set up the Middle East and Africa operations, owned customer success for global implementations, and led professional services delivery with P&L responsibility across major client portfolios.
Over a long foundational tenure at Fujitsu, Nair progressed through multiple leadership roles including Vice President of Technology Services, shaping technology services frameworks, driving strategic growth plans, and leading senior client engagements across EMEA—experience that continues to inform his program leadership and execution focus today.
