Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2025 – Gunjan Dahiya has joined Mishcon GCC as Vice President & Head of HR, where she will lead the company’s people strategy, workplace culture, and talent excellence as it establishes and expands its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India. With extensive experience in HR leadership, cultural transformation, and scaling HR functions, Gunjan is set to play a pivotal role in shaping a high-impact, people-first organization at Mishcon GCC.
In her new role, Gunjan will focus on driving strategic HR initiatives, fostering employee engagement, and aligning HR processes with business goals. She will collaborate with industry leaders and top talent to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and build a dynamic workplace culture.
Before joining Mishcon GCC, Gunjan was Head of Human Resources at Rediscover Outdoors LLP, where she led HR business partnering, performance management, talent acquisition, and strategic HR planning. She played a key role in building and streamlining HR operations, fostering a high-performance culture, and enhancing organizational growth.
Previously, she spent nearly six years at Clairvolex, serving as Vice President – Human Resources (Global HR Head). In this role, she managed HR operations across multiple geographies, driving DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR digitalization. She also implemented HR strategies that optimized workforce productivity and engagement.
Gunjan has also held senior HR leadership roles at Bandhan Life, where she led HR business partnership initiatives for North & West Zones, and Vodafone Idea Limited, where she contributed to corporate HR, talent management, and strategic workforce planning.
Her experience spans corporate, distribution, and HR operations, making her a well-rounded leader with a deep understanding of scaling HR functions, HRIS, and cultural transformation in both established and startup environments.
Gunjan holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) in Human Resources & Marketing from FORE School of Management, New Delhi. She also earned a B.Com (Hons.) in Business & Commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University.
