Gurugram, Haryana, India – December 2025 – Gurneet Kalra has taken on a new role as Director – People & Culture at Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS), a Global Capability Center of the Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMC). In this role, she will lead key functions such as Employee Experience, Total Rewards & Performance Management, and Employee Relations within the People & Culture function at OGS, formerly known as Annalect India.
Her deep familiarity with the organization and its transformation into OGS positions her to drive continuity and further innovation in the people function.
She also contributed her expertise as a Visiting Faculty at ICFAI Business School, where she engaged with future HR professionals, and as a Senior Consultant at Growth Partners People Consulting, offering strategic HR guidance across industries.
Earlier, she was Head – Human Resources at Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where she managed the full spectrum of HR processes and policies across the employee lifecycle. Before this, she held a long and impactful tenure at Conscient Group as Head – Human Resources, leading initiatives such as PMS framework creation, HRIS implementation, and talent acquisition strategy.
She also served as Head – Talent Acquisition at Xperiential Learning Systems, playing a key role in setting up the Heritage International School and enhancing employer branding to attract global leadership talent. In her earlier decade-long stint at Genpact, she served as Manager – Human Resources, where she partnered with business leaders across verticals such as BFSI, F&A, CPG, and corporate functions, contributing to transitions, engagement, retention, and performance.
