Solna, Stockholm County, Sweden, June 2024 – Hanna Bennani joined Charge Amps as Chief Human Resources Officer. With extensive experience in HR management and strategic planning, Hanna is set to drive the HR function at Charge Amps.
Hanna joins Charge Amps after serving as the HR Manager at Enea AB from February 2023 to May 2024. During her tenure, she led HR initiatives and strategies, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and employee engagement.
Prior to her role at Enea AB, Hanna was the Head of HR at ATA Hill & Smith Sverige from June 2020 to February 2023. In this position, she managed comprehensive HR functions, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Hanna’s earlier roles at ATA Hill & Smith Sverige include HR Generalist from March 2018 to June 2020, where she supported various HR operations and processes, ensuring smooth and efficient HR services.
From May 2010 to December 2017, Hanna worked at British American Tobacco as an HR Executive Sweden / HR Generalist, where she handled a broad range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, training, and employee development. She initially joined the company as an HR Assistant from September 2009 to April 2010.
Hanna also gained experience as an HR Administrator at TNT from September 2008 to May 2009, and as a Researcher at Experis (formerly Manpower Professional) from April 2007 to September 2008. In these roles, she developed strong skills in HR administration, recruitment, and research.
