Before joining Dhunseri Poly Films, Kandoi demonstrated exceptional leadership and financial acumen as the Executive Director & CFO of Amrit Cement Limited from January 2021 to February 2024. His tenure there was marked by strategic financial planning, robust internal controls, and successful statutory audits, showcasing his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes with precision and foresight.
Kandoi’s professional journey is decorated with significant positions, including serving as Financial Controller at KESORAM INDUSTRIES LTD., where he honed his skills in financial reporting, budget management, and strategic planning over a period of six years. His adeptness at leading financial operations, coupled with his analytical skills and expertise in tax compliance, project management, and cost accounting, have been pivotal in his roles.
His earlier roles as Vice President (Finance) at Amrit Cement Industries Ltd. and Sr. Vice President (Fin. & Accts.) at Jain Steel & Power Ltd. have further solidified Kandoi’s reputation as a seasoned financial strategist. His hands-on experience in business process designing, SAP implementation, and project financing showcases his versatile skill set and ability to drive financial excellence.
