Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2026 – Salesforce has announced the appointment of Harish Venkatachalam as Regional Vice President – Sales, reinforcing its leadership team as it continues to expand its presence in the AI-driven CRM and enterprise technology landscape. In his new role, Harish will focus on driving growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering consistent outcomes at scale, with a strong emphasis on execution, accountability, and customer value.
Prior to joining Salesforce, Harish Venkatachalam spent over five years at ServiceNow, where he held multiple leadership roles including Enterprise Business Leader – North & South India (GCC) and Regional Sales Head – Enterprises & GCC. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in driving enterprise sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and scaling business operations across key markets.
Earlier, he served as Enterprise Account Director – Manufacturing & GCC at ServiceNow, where he led strategic accounts and contributed to expanding the company’s footprint in enterprise segments.
Before ServiceNow, Harish worked as Senior Manager – Sales (Cognitive Automation) at Automation Anywhere, where he focused on driving adoption of automation solutions and supporting organizations in their digital transformation journeys.
He also spent over five years at Akamai Technologies, holding roles such as Strategic Account Manager – India and Relationship Manager, where he developed deep expertise in cloud services, application performance, and customer engagement.
Earlier in his career, Harish held leadership and business development roles at Neudesic, Nous Infosystems, and IBS Software Services, where he was instrumental in building new markets, leading sales teams, and driving growth across regions including APAC, Europe, and the Middle East. He began his career with roles at Clerysys and Photon Infotech, building a strong foundation in business development and enterprise sales.
