Cairo, Egypt, March 2025 – Heba A. has been appointed as Chief Shared Services Officer at MDP, where she will lead shared services strategy, process automation, and procurement operations to enhance efficiency, compliance, and service delivery. In her new role, she will be responsible for streamlining operational processes, optimizing performance through data-driven decision-making, and aligning shared services with MDP’s organizational goals and regional expansion plans.
Prior to this appointment, Heba A. served as Chief of Staff at MDP, where she played a pivotal role in corporate governance, operational alignment, and executive decision-making support. Her leadership significantly contributed to enhancing cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution.
Before that, she was Chief Human Resources Officer at MDP, overseeing talent management, HR transformation, and organizational culture development. She was instrumental in implementing HR automation, leadership development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Heba A. held leadership positions at Cequens, where she served as People Operations and Admin Head, driving HR policies, talent acquisition, and employee performance programs. She also held HR leadership roles at Sykes and Logica, where she focused on recruitment, compliance, compensation strategies, and process optimization.
With extensive experience in business transformation, strategic leadership, and service delivery excellence, Heba A. brings a wealth of expertise in procurement operations, risk management, and organizational development to her new role.
