Portugal, February 2026 — BAG Consult, a consulting firm with deep legacy and expertise in SAP® implementation and optimization, has appointed Helena Almeida as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In her new role, Almeida will be responsible for defining BAG Consult’s strategic positioning and digital growth, while leading the firm’s digital marketing strategy as part of the Digital Transformation & Clean Core portfolio, with a strong focus on aligning marketing, business, data, and processes to drive measurable business impact.
With a career spanning quality, operations, process excellence, and business transformation, Helena Almeida brings strong cross-functional leadership to her appointment as Chief Marketing Officer at BAG Consult.
Almeida has spent nearly eight years at BAG Consult, progressing through senior leadership responsibilities. Prior to becoming CMO in January 2026, she served as Chief Operational Officer for close to eight years, based across Portugal and Germany, where she played a central role in operational optimization, partner relationship management, continuous improvement, and project execution—capabilities that strongly complement her current mandate of strategic positioning and growth.
Before joining BAG Consult, she worked for around one year as Process Manager at Schnellecke Logistics in Germany, strengthening her expertise in operational optimization, ISO standards alignment, and process improvement frameworks.
Earlier, Almeida served for over one year as a Database Administrator at Teleperformance in Portugal, adding a strong data-oriented capability to her profile—now increasingly relevant for digital marketing strategy and business analytics-driven decision making.
She also spent approximately five years as a Quality Consultant at QuestQI in Brazil, where she built deep specialization in quality systems, ISO standards, and continuous improvement, contributing to her structured and governance-driven leadership approach.
In the earlier phase of her career, she held multiple roles at Schnellecke Logistics over more than four years in Brazil and Portugal, including Quality Manager, Logistics Manager, and Quality System Specialist, covering end-to-end quality and operations leadership.
Almeida started her professional journey with close to two years as Quality Manager at Dataspring – Tecnologias e Sistemas de Informação in Portugal, after beginning her early career with over four years as a Quality Technician at Lear Corporation in Portugal—laying a strong technical and operational foundation that later shaped her leadership trajectory.
