Houston, Texas, United States, March 2026 – Boardwalk Pipelines has announced the appointment of Helena Fyda as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources and Communications Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the organization continues to navigate transformation in the energy sector. Bringing extensive global experience across major energy markets, Helena will play a key role in driving talent strategy, organizational alignment, and long-term growth.
The company highlighted that Helena’s global exposure—from London to Mumbai—along with her deep expertise in the energy industry, will support Boardwalk Pipelines in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while strengthening its ability to deliver reliable energy solutions.
Prior to joining Boardwalk Pipelines, Helena Fyda held leadership roles at Chevron, where she served as Head of HR – Hess Chevron Integration, playing a key role in managing HR integration during a critical phase of organizational transition.
Before Chevron, she spent over six years at Hess Corporation, where she held roles including Senior Director Human Resources and HR Director, leading HR strategy and supporting organizational transformation across business units.
Earlier, Helena built a significant global career at BP, spanning nearly two decades across multiple leadership roles. Her responsibilities included serving as VP HR BP America & Head of Reward Americas, VP HR Engineering & HSE, and Head of Special Projects, among others. During her tenure, she worked across global locations including Houston, London, and Mumbai, leading HR strategy, transformation initiatives, and performance management frameworks while supporting large-scale business operations.
She began her career in roles spanning compensation, finance, commercial analysis, and executive leadership support, building a strong foundation that enabled her transition into senior HR leadership roles across the global energy sector.
