London, England, United Kingdom, October 2024 – Environment Bank has appointed Henry Burn as the new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, Henry will spearhead revenue growth and support the company’s mission to combat biodiversity loss through innovative, privately funded nature recovery initiatives. His extensive background in commercial leadership, revenue growth, and strategic development will help drive Environment Bank’s biodiversity net gain solutions.
Prior to joining Environment Bank, Henry was VP Commercial at Hubble for over seven years. During his time there, he redirected the commercial strategy, doubling annual recurring revenue (ARR) and halving customer acquisition costs (CAC). Henry led a cross-functional team and introduced new product innovations that significantly contributed to Hubble’s growth and market leadership.
Before his promotion to VP, Henry served as Head of Sales & Supply at Hubble, where he expanded the company’s presence into over 50 countries and achieved 250% recurring revenue growth. He played a key role in the company’s Series B fundraising and led the expansion of marketplace supply from 10,000 to 100,000 workspaces.
Earlier in his career, Henry held various sales leadership roles at Foxtons, including Sales Valuer and Sales Lead, where he was responsible for building initial sales teams and closing major deals, contributing to substantial revenue growth for the company.
Henry began his career at Macquarie Group as an Associate and later worked as an Exploration Geologist for Lydian International Limited, gaining experience in both the financial and environmental sectors.
