Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, January 2026 — Niyam Group, a purpose-led reinsurance group anchored in discipline, ethics, and long-term institution building, has announced the appointment of Het Shah as Head of People & Culture, entrusting her with shaping a trust-based, growth-oriented, and future-ready organizational culture.
In his new role, Het will focus on building trust, enabling meaningful growth, and nurturing a people culture that evolves in alignment with Niyam Group’s long-term institutional vision.
Het Shah most recently served as AGM – HR (Head HR) at LCC Projects Ltd., where she led people strategy, workforce planning, and HR governance for fast-growing business operations.
Prior to this, she was Chief Human Resources Officer and HR Head at Tridhya Tech Limited, where she spearheaded talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, compliance governance, and large-scale employee engagement initiatives, while managing ISO, SOC, HIPAA, and GDPR audits.
Earlier, Het spent over three years with Mangalam Information Technologies Private Limited, where she championed the entire HR function and built scalable people systems to support rapid organizational growth.
She also held HR leadership and business partnering roles at Space STEM Private Limited, Analytix Business Solutions, SoluSoft Corporation, and HLS, developing strong expertise in HR operations, organizational development, and talent acquisition across technology and services organizations.
She holds a Post Graduate Program in General Business Management (HR) from Xcellon Institute and an MBA in Human Resources from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.
