Paris, Île-de-France, France, April 2026 – LVMH and Maud Alvarez-Pereyre, Group Chief Human Resources Officer, have announced the appointment of Amina Maleck as Chief Human Resources Officer, LVMH Group HQ and Other Activities, effective April 1, 2026. In this role, Amina will lead the continued transformation of the HR function, fostering a culture of proximity, engagement, and growth across the Group’s headquarters and diverse portfolio of activities.

Prior to this appointment, Amina Maleck served as Chief Human Resources Officer, LVMH Beauty, where she led HR strategy for one of the Group’s key business segments, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and performance transformation.
Earlier, she held roles including Global Vice President – Talent Development and Talent Management Director at LVMH, where she drove global talent initiatives, leadership development, and strategic workforce planning across the Group.
Before this, Amina served as Human Resources Director – UK, Ireland & South Africa at Louis Vuitton, where she led HR strategy across multiple regions, supporting business growth and strengthening organizational capability.
She also spent over five years with Moët Hennessy Europe, where she held roles including Human Resources Director – Nordics, Netherlands, Belux, Switzerland, and Austria, and European Talent Manager, leading HR development strategies across Europe and managing complex, multicultural teams.
Amina began her career with Louis Vuitton Malletier, where she spent over a decade in roles including Human Resources Manager, HR Project Manager, Training Manager, and Product Trainer, building a strong foundation in talent development, organizational design, and learning & development across global operations.
