Hicron, a notable player in the technology sector, announced a significant leadership transition, marking a new era for the company. Michal Guzek, who served as CEO for over eight years, has stepped down due to personal circumstances. His departure paves the way for Remigiusz Efinowicz, a co-founder and the Managing Partner of Hicron, to take over the CEO position.
Efinowicz, who also held the position of Executive Director of International Sales, is known for his deep connection with the company and its mission, bringing a wealth of experience, enthusiasm, and a commitment to fostering lasting relationships.
This leadership change is described not as a revolution but as a natural evolution of the company, aiming to expand its international footprint while focusing on profitability and sustainable growth. Remigiusz Efinowicz expresses gratitude towards his colleagues for their trust and acknowledges the great responsibility ahead.
In tandem with Efinowicz’s appointment, Paweł Kresak has been named Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and added to the Management Board. Kresak, like Efinowicz, has been a longstanding Managing Partner at Hicron, and his new role will concentrate on managing the company’s foreign operations and enhancing client relationships. This strategic division of responsibilities is intended to optimize focus and ensure the company’s ambitious goals are met.
Despite these leadership changes, Hicron assures stability within its ranks and alignment with its financial goals for 2023. The restructured Management Board is already strategizing for 2024, with plans to open more international offices and adjust its long-term strategy to align with evolving market demands.
