New York and Chicago, United States, November 2025 — AlixPartners, the global consulting firm known for helping businesses respond rapidly to critical challenges, has announced the appointment of Hillary Bochniak as its new Chief People Officer. In her new role, Hillary will lead the firm’s global people strategy, focusing on building inclusive, high-performance cultures, developing leadership capabilities, and aligning talent transformation with business growth across all regions.
Before joining AlixPartners, Hillary Bochniak served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Syneos Health, where she led a major HR transformation during the company’s transition from public ownership to private equity. Her leadership was pivotal in redefining Syneos Health’s people strategy, driving organizational agility, and ensuring seamless integration of business and workforce objectives in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.
Prior to Syneos Health, Hillary spent an extraordinary 29 years with Accenture, where she began her career in management consulting within the Talent & Organization practice for Financial Services before transitioning into the HR function.
